1. How we confirm the shipping channel regarding your order ?
 We will choose a best method regarding the order details to ship the package according to our customers location, product type, gross weight, volume etc..

Logistics channels includes express like EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT; international small parcels like China Post, Hong Kong Post, Post NL; airplane or sea shipping for bulk goods, that depends on the actual situation.


2. Could we have any discount of postage ?
Yes ,of course. Usually we don't get profit from the shipping cost, so if you combine your order, the postage will be saved, that's the discount we can offered to you.


3. About the delivery time
Usually it takes 3-5 working days to delivery for express method, 7~20 business days for small parcel, 7~10 working days for ePacket, the delivery time actually depends on the area you live in and the method we offered or you asked.


4. About the handling time
1 business days as our ebay store offered, sometimes 2 business days at most. If we met a special situation like out of stock, we will let you know within 6~12 hours.


5. Tell me the shipping cost before order
the shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery way(EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, or sea transit), and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order  . And you could choose the shipping company you like and our website will give you all the express and you can choose the most suitable way. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee , you also can choose to cancel your order. Thank you for your understanding.


6. About the Local taxes and import duties
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. 7. How to get tax less or free upon import ?
Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. In order to ensure you receive your order tax less or free upon import, we will   declare it as a “GIFT” or “SAMPLE” with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. Return Policy

Do I need to send products all the way to China?

1. For severely damaged items, we will arrange reship or refund without any excuse, no need to return them back.

2. For some obvious defect items with low value, we will arrange reship or refund without return them back.

3. For some high valued items, customers from all the countries will need to send their products to our warehouses located in different countries according to the actual situation, and we will arrange exchange or refund after we complete the return-work-flow.


The products are fine, but I changed my mind

Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. 20% restocking fees will be charged for a returned item.


Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period listed in the table below. If a product is not listed, the warranty period is 180 days. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
